Tan Hock Seng is the founder, controlling shareholder and Chairman of the Tech-Link Group. The Group comprises 2 companies; SSinolog Properties and Dexion Group.
Mr Tan Hock Seng founded Tech-Link Storage Engineering Pte. Ltd. in 1988 in Singapore, and the company started out as an importer and distributor of storage equipment.
In 2008, Tech-Link ventured into the development of Built-To-Suit logistics facilities in Singapore. From its humble beginnings, Tech-Link is now a leading developer of modern ramp-up logistics facilities in the country, having developed over 4 million square feet of logistics space for MNC Third Party Logistics Providers (3PLs) such as LF Logistics, DB Schenker, XPO Logistics and Kintetsu World Express.
Leveraging on Tech-Link’s expertise in logistics solutions, the company expanded into property development in China in 2011 and since then, has developed over 4,000,000 square feet of high-quality industrial & logistics facilities. These facilities, all strategically located in the Yangtze Delta region, are built to international standard and fully leased to MNC manufacturers and international 3PLs, with more than 10 million square feet of developments in the pipeline.
In 2016, Tech-Link restructured its property platforms in Singapore and China to form SSinolog Properties, a logistics and industrial property developer based in Singapore and China. In 2017, Tech-Link acquired the Dexion Group, an industrial and commercial storage solutions provider headquartered in Australia. Dexion is a renowned brand in the industry with over 80 years of history, and the Group’s network expands throughout Asia Pacific.
Dexion is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tech-Link and the consolidation of both companies has further strengthened the Group’s position in the Asia Pacific region.
Dexion provides end-to-end solutions to customers’ warehousing and intralogistics needs ranging from industrial racking solutions, integrated systems and warehouse equipment for supply chain and logistics activities.
