Built-to-Suit (BTS) means we build the industrial property to suit our customers’ commercial and operational needs. We work in close consultation with customers to develop the customised warehouse, where the process starts from the building design to suit the business’s commercial and operations needs.

The completed warehouse is then leased to the single tenant on a long-term basis. This promotes the long-term presence of the organisation at a minimum capital investment.
